With a few years of formal training in piano, Lynn began his early musical career in the coffeehouses and auditoriums of Davis, California.  He was featured in a live radio performance on KDVS Radio, a locally famous underground station broadcasting out of UC Davis and played locally in the Sacramento area where the then unpublished song 'Psycho Girls' was a favorite at live performances.  He then turned to songwriting in earnest, publishing his first album, View From the Bridge which included the songs "Coming up Sunrise", "Country Song" and "Walking on the Moon". He performs in the greater Los Angeles area in such venues as The Talking Stick Coffee Lounge in Venice, CA, Borders Books Hollywood and Arnie's Cafe & Coffee House (a local venue featuring lots of hot talent).   He has also played at The Drowsy Poet Coffee Company and The Pensacola Bay Brewery in Pensacola, Florida.

His first CD Untrapped was released in early 2010 which featured the songs "Fly Away" and "Ain't No Hero Blues (very popular songs on Jango Internet Radio)."   Seriously Unserious his more recent CD featuring the songs "Beautiful Day" and "The Ice Cream Man" was released in later 2010.  Lawrence is currently working on his third album which will include the song "Lovely, Lady" released in early 2011 as a single on cdbaby.com, iTunes, amazon and other digital internet distributors.  Two free downloads of his songs are available at http://www.lawrencelynnmusic.com.  

Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Lawrence now divides his time between California and Florida.
